 DX Korea 2018 Registration nearing the end |
DX Korea 2018 is only 4 months away. With huge of interest from both companies both Korea and international worldwide, more than 80% of spaces have been sold for DX Korea 2018. International VIP delegation invitation and buyer RSVP is going smoothly as well. With the official registration for exhibition ending soon, DX Korea Organizing Committee is continuously receiving inquiries for participation at DX Korea 2018.
Almost all major Korean defense industry companies have committed to participate in DX Korea 2018. International exhibitor participation is also showing huge increased compared to 2016.
DX Korea 2018 is focused on bringing successful and beneficial outcome for promotion and marketing of exhibitors, and target major global marketing platform.

| International VIP & delegation RSVP update |
DX Korea Organizing Committee went through extensive selection process to choose most appropriate international delegation to be invited to DX Korea 2018. Between October 2017 and March 2018, DX Korea accepted international delegation request from participating exhibitors. DX DX Korea Organizing Committee, along with ROK Army HQ, selected total of 51 countries based on the military diplomacy and G2B business demand for exhibitors.
Among the 51 countries, Korea’s Ministry of National Defense sent invitation to 9 countries for minister level delegation. ROK Army HQ sent invitation to 49 countries for Army CoS level delegation. 7 countries received invitation from both MND and ROK HQ for both government & military delegation.
DX Korea 2018 is focused on providing many G2B meeting to participating exhibitors for return on their promotional investment. RSVP status is as follows and will continue to update until September. |

| DX Korea @ DSA 2018 |
DX Korea Organizing Committee, along with representatives from ROK Army HQ attended DSA 2018 held on April 16 ~ 19 at MITEC exhibition center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
DX Korea Organizing Committee met with numerous companies and government organizations from over 15 countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, German, France, Turkey, and etc. to promote DX Korea 2018, as well as to discuss defense industry development. DX Korea Organizing Committee studied various aspects of DSA 2018, |

such as opening ceremony, VIP tour, B2B meetings, etc. in order to improve on its accomplishments to further enhance DX Korea 2018.
By spending a week in Malaysia studying the latest defense industry and meeting with defense representatives from all around the world, DX Korea was able to learn the most up to date situation on the international defense industry and trend, allowing for DX Korea to reach world-class exhibition.
DX Korea is continuously collecting hand with defense exhibitions around the world, with promotional booth at Eurosatory scheduled in June. |

| DX Korea 2018 Networking Lounge & Promotion |
| DX Korea 2018 will provide specialized networking lounge for ease of use by both exhibitors and VIPs during DX Korea 2018. Networking lounge will be used to host the grand opening and welcome reception for major buyers and international delegation. |

Networking lounge will also include G2B & B2B meeting area for both international VIPs and exhibitors. Networking lounge will also include chalets to be used by Ministry of National Defense, ROK Army HQ, DAPA & KDIA.
Exhibitors wishing to utilize exhibitor chalet can use the opportunity to meet directly with international VIPs and buyers as well as spend time to network together. DX Korea is accepting request from exhibitors for chalet usage, and operational schedule will be announced at the future date. |

| Close cooperation with US Forces Korea |
DX Korea Organizing Committee is in close cooperation with JUSMAG-K (Joint Military Affairs Group ? Korea) for preparation of DX Korea 2018.
With the support from USFK and PACOM, latest US Military equipment and defense equipment will be displayed at DX Korea 2018 and perform equipment demonstration as well.
Such partnership also sees the increase in US company participation in DX Korea 2018, further enriching the marketing platform for all international exhibitors.
DX Korea hopes to display the strong alliance and partnership between U.S. and Korea through this cooperation in preparation for DX Korea 2018. With the opportunity to display the latest defense technology and capability of ROK-US military, DX Korea 2018 will not only shine defense industry but also alliance between two countries. |
| DX Korea Organizing Committee and ROK Army TF visit KINTEX and Seunjin Army Training Site |
With DX Korea coming up in less than 4 months, DX Korea Organizing Committee and ROK Army TF have made final check and analysis on the currently adopted exhibition plan.
DX Korea Organizing Committee and ROK Army TF jointly inspected KINTEX, the venue which DX Korea 2018 will be held. Committee and TF made final checks on the venue for the location and size of indoor and outdoor exhibition areas, seminar and conference rooms, as well as demonstration ground which the exhibitors and visitors will have full opportunity to experience DX Korea at its fullest capability. After inspecting KINTEX, the committee and TF visited ROK Army Seungjin Army training site, where live fire & demonstration will take place.
DX Korea Organizing Committee and ROK Army TF’s final inspection on the venues will assure the exhibitors participating in DX Korea will be able to utilize its resources at fullest to promote and market their product, as well as provide much ease for buyers and visitors to learn and integrate into the latest defense technology. |
