DX Korea Organizing Committee has invited Chief Staff of Army level VIPs and delegation from over 50 countries to promote exports in military industries and is accepting RSVP information of guests. 

We are also continuously updating changes made in the status of international VIP visits and notifying exhibitors via EXHIBITOR'S NOTICE 
*As of Aug 14, 31 countries have confirmed to attend Defense Expo Korea 2018.

We would like to receive request on exhibitors’ demand for G2B meetings with international VIPs and delegation.

-    Refer to VIP Delegation confirmed as of date (available under exhibitor's notice)

♦ Application Process 
-    Submit an email that includes information on "Desired Country/Delegation" to meet and ‘Reasons for Meeting’

♦ Application Deadline 
-    Due August 24 (We do NOT accept application after the due date) 

♦ Available Dates for G2B Meetings
-    Opening Day (Sept. 12) Afternoon 
-    Sept. 13 Morning, Afternoon 
-    Sept. 14 Morning 

♦ Meeting Locations 
-    Exhibitor’s booths (preferred choice), networking lounge, VIP lounge, etc. 
-    Changes can be made based on VIP’s unexpected schedule  
 
♦ Notice 
-    Meetings are organized based on this survey and international VIP’s schedule 
-    Meeting schedules will be announced before the exhibition
-    Submission of meeting request does not guarantee meetings with international VIPs 
-    Survey on international VIP’s interested products and services is also being conducted (in which case the delegation can request meeting directly to the exhibitor)
-    Accordingly, meetings can be requested based on VIP’s interests and will be notified to the exhibitors 
-    Please be advised that the RSVP status of VIP visitors can be varied at any time
For this reason, it is possible for the countries or VIPs who have confirmed to attend the exhibition to be canceled. 
If any changes are made, we will continue to update the status of international VIP RSVP information under “Notice” section. 
The schedule of meetings can be thus adjusted according to the changes in VIP’s RSVP status.
